banglalink Pre-Paid connection includes a Starter kit with SIM card. Documents you need to preserve carefully for future reference:

Starter kit pack with Subscriber Identification Module (SIM), Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Personal Unblocking Code (PUK)


Activation

You need to activate your subscription to make or receive calls.

banglalink Prepaid subscription is pre-activated.
Insert the SIM card into the mobile handset after purchase.
Turn on the mobile phone and enter the PIN codes from the SIM card.
Recharge the account with new Scratch card.
Enjoy your subscription.

Note: Activation time may vary depending on the handset models.

Recharge Your Account

To recharge your Account, Please follow the instructions


1. Gently scratch the covered area to reveal the hidden number

2. Type *123* then your 14 digit hidden number followed by # and simply SEND.

Or you can call 123 and follow instructions to recharge your account

3. You will get a confirmation that your recharge was successful including your new balance and expiry date

Know Your Balance

To know your pre paid account balance please type *124# and simply SEND. Within a short time, you will receive your balance information.

Or you can call 123 and listen to the account status.

Termination of Your Pre-Paid service

If the account is not recharged with a new scratch card within 90 days after the validity period of the last card ends, then the account will expire and be permanently deleted from the system without any further information.

Validity Period of banglalink Pre-paid Card: lifetime validity

lifetime validity on prepaid account gives a customer the benefit of receiving incoming calls and staying connected forever. To get lifetime validity, a customer has to recharge his/her pre-paid account with a minimum amount of Tk. 10/= or above (via scratch card or i- top up).
